Who we are
PORTICO designs, manufactures and installs architectural interiors — doors, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, flooring and commercial joinery. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what happens to it.
What we collect, and why
The site collects personal information in exactly two places, and only because you send it to us:
- The contact form — your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message, such as a telephone number.
- The quote request form — your name and contact details, and what you tell us about your project: its type, location, approximate area, budget range and timing.
We use this information for one purpose: to answer you. An enquiry becomes a record in our studio system so the right person can respond and the conversation is not lost. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell or share it with anyone outside the studio.
Cookies
The site sets essential cookies only — the ones that keep forms secure against forgery and keep staff sign-ins working, plus one small cookie that remembers you have dismissed the cookie notice. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiries and quote requests are kept while the conversation, and any project that follows from it, is live — and afterwards for as long as ordinary business record-keeping requires. If you would like an enquiry removed sooner, ask, and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under data-protection law, including the GDPR, you can ask us at any time:
- what information we hold about you, and for a copy of it;
- to correct anything that is wrong;
- to delete what we hold, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it;
- to stop processing it while a question about it is resolved.
You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority, though we would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
